With steel suspension, no power steering and walls! @FIAFormulaE had several crashes which caused kick back through the steering injuring the drivers.
Part of the safety solution is this retrofit steering damper from PKM @Multimatic.

Developed in a very short time, the complete battery solution included xalt pouch cells, BMS, cooling and crash-tested structural casing.
