God has prepared the Table and Feast of the Lord in His Supper for Christians: we partake of the Lord's Supper in the presence of those who would resist God and His purposes.
We thus find sustenance and strength in our sharing in the life and sufferings of Jesus.
But Christians also look forward to the #eschatological banquet, the marriage feast of the Lamb on the final day.
