Ich hatte letztes Jahr große #Probleme mit #Insektenstichen. Ich reagiere auf #Stiche von #Bienen und #Wespen extrem #allergisch. Stiche von #Mücken und #Bremsen mag ich mein Körper auch überhaupt nicht, davon bekomme ich aber nur große Flatschen, brauche aber keinen #Epipen. Letztes Jahr waren so viele Mücken unterwegs, dazu war der Winter nicht wirklich kalt. Ich habe für dieses Jahr schlimmes vermutet. Letztendlich bin ich aber heute das erste Mal dieses Jahr gestochen worden. Damit komme ich parat.

Die großen Hersteller bieten diese kostenlos an, einfach <Produkt-Name> Trainer suchen. Ihr bekommt ein Paket mit Stift und meistens Anleitungen zugeschickt.

Ich habe schon diverse fragwürdigen Tipps gehört, wie man das "üben" kann ohne Trainer, siehe Antwort auf den Thread.

The part that's so hard is the actually #injection mechanism. It's one of those auto-injecting tubes where you press a button like #epipen, so thankfully I don't have to actually insert the #needle myself. But that moment when I have it pressed to my skin and I'm hovering over the button and I can't help but concentrate on the area I'm about to pierce... crazy stress. When someone else gives me a #shot, I just look away and never see when it's going in, so I don't worry. But self injection? Ugh.
