We had a letter a few days ago, redirected from the old address we left in Sept 2022... about the complaint the buyers of the old house had to make to the ombudsman. Because eon refused to transfer over the FIT payments from the old property to them and even claimed they were trying to commit fraud by doing so.
The entire company is staffed by incompetent morons.
Day 56 of Eon's refusal to refund us the thousands it owes.
They 'claim' they refunded us on the 10th. The old account still shows an extra credit of over £800 as it looks like they'd refunded overcharges or something. Not had an explanation for the dozen 'credits' to the account in the last couple of weeks ranging from 63p, to £303.
They're ignoring our demand to issue a deadlock letter. Not that we need it to escalate to the ombudsman.
BTW... if it goes to the regulator, they get charged a fee... last time I checked it was at least £500.
I'm being generous too... I'm only asking for those 4hrs at minimum wage of £10.42.
If I asked for my actual hourly rate, it would be about triple that.

bazcurtis@garethmarlow I was in the export business until #OctopusEnergy had to remove my export tariff and #EonNext has messed up removing my old FIT tariff. I am hoping they can fix it quickly so I can get my export tariff back.
I am not sure on the repayment length yet. This is only month 7 of the install. I am calculating it. I am also comparing my MCS estimate and what I was given by my supplier.
We decided to get on the with it now rather than wait and wish we had. It has been great so far.
Just got an email from #OctopusEnergy to tell me my previous supplier #EonNext did not cancel my FIT tariff and they have had to remove my #OctopusAgileExport tariff.
To be fair they have credited my account with my export so far so I am not out of pocket. Now I have to wait for Eon to sort it out so I can reapply for my export tariff again.
