Had a chance to walk by an old #EnvironmentalWorks project recently.

The Jefferson, a workforce #housing project, sits at the gateway to the 12th Avenue commercial corridor with (40) one and two bedroom apartments, street-level retail, and basement parking. We designed this project for Community Roots Housing
