We talk about the new Clean Jobs NC report from my client E2 - Environmental Entrepreneurs which found hiring clean energy workers in NC is a growing problem. With 6/10 clean energy workers being in construction and manufacturing we also talk about ideas to work with K-12 & Community Colleges to meet this high demand. **Fun Fact from the report**
More than 4 out of 5 clean Energy workers are employed by businesses with fewer than 20 employees.
