Enlighten has started in #canberra
I am going to try and get out there as much as I can this year, but I have already been last night.
Not sure what this big thing is, but it looked cool, and people seemed fascinated by it.
After seeing the National Gallery of Australia lit up for the #EnlightenCanberra, wife and I went to the #nga on the weekend to see two indigenous exhibitions: Emily Kam Kngwarray's and Vincent Namatjira's.
It really is a superb exhibition space and a perfect way to get out of the heat and get some culture. We took the whole family and the four teenagers demonstrated that it's possible to see both exhibitions in under 15 minutes but the wife and I took nearly 2 hours.
