Yes, I know that there is no constitution.
However, in the #MiddleAges, everything, inheritances of fiefdoms, was done through state contracts. I wonder if there was no such contract.
It's been too long, I would have to really look into it again, how #Wales and #Scotland factually changed hands and became part of the #EnglishCrown's territories.
