I think this was the cafeteria area of the school/children's ward. Didn't notice until now that I got someone's huffing can in the picture. We ran into a lot of people getting high in various buildings. Mostly weed, shrooms and LSD (I can't imagine doing hallucinogenics in an #abandoned #asylum.) We also found evidence of people shooting up in the underground tunnels. #Embreeville #urbex

#Embreeville 2020 VS 2021. This was the most iconic building in the complex. I'm not sure what it was. Medical or admin, maybe? Strangely enough, I never did go into the rounded part. #abandoned #urbex

Is it weird to say that I miss an abandoned place? Especially one where atrocities happened? Because I do. #Embreeville was the first big #abandoned complex I ever explored. I didn't even get the chance to explore every building. But it was fascinating and I loved every moment there. Well, except during the last visit. But that's a different story. #urbex
