Is there anyone on here who knows someone in deliverability at Meltwater? A non-profit client uses them for media outreach, it’s SendGrid on the backend, the usual CNAMEs have been configured for proper DKIM, and thus DMARC, but Meltwater seems to insist on Doing It Wrong, and all attempts to explain this to them via their customer support have amounted to naught, which means DMARC fails because SPF/DKIM alignment fails.

Perhaps a more direct line has a better chance of getting this sorted.
