How many people have problems with their #Quest3 #EliteBatteryStrap / #EliteStrapBattery?

If I try to charge the #MetaQuest3 and the battery simultaneously, the battery sleeps and won't charge.

I have a 200W charger with a display, so I know it's taking near 0W.
