Another 31 miles of rolling the Albany-Hudson #ElectricTrail on Tuesday, this time from N. Chatham up to Hampton Manor and back, with a stop at the East Greenbush Dunkin' because I was craving a chocolate glazed donut.
Very pleased to discover that a couple of on-road segments, most particularly Southern Ave in Hampton Manor, had been re-surfaced since I last rolled this way about two years ago.
Skated 45 miles on Monday, rolling the Albany-Hudson #ElectricTrail from North Chatham to Hudson and back. Something like 3/4 of the route is rail-trail, and it was fantastic except for the 4 spots each about 50 yards long that are still surfaced with compacted stone dust. Tracks cross the dust indicate I an not the only skater to use the trial.
It was a dreary day for #InlineSkating, but I did see two other people rolling on inlines on the Albany-Hudson Electric Trail near Nassau when I was out on Sunday afternoon.
Now, if only there was a bakery or coffee shop in Nassau...
