Just come back from a 17km peddly ride. Tbh it’s a brand new pedal assist hybrid bike but even so, playing with gears and pushing to keep up 24kmh/hour average was quite a workout for me.
It’s been years since I’ve done this and my heart rate told me so. I now remember was jelly legs is, hahahaha.
I’ll take a day or two off before doing it again I think.
