Had a wonderful meal at a new restaurant nearby. A fast casual spot that barely made it through the pandemic is opening up a sit down French bistro “Brasserie” concept - the owners original plan all along.

The meal was fantastic, a croquette and house made bread to start, pan-seared salmon and chicken cassoulet for the mains, a chocolate tart with an adffogato on the side for dessert.

Inspiring to see small business owners succeed after a rough few years.
