In 2017 for our 90% solar eclipse, I got better pics with my DSLR. This percentage seemed high, but of course it's still fairly normal looking outside. Though maybe it seemed cloudy without there being a cloud in the sky? Or that was my imagination.

Well, trying to take a photo through the solar glasses did not work at all, but at least I got a picture of the freaky shadows. Definitely one of my favorite things about an eclipse.

Some low effort shadows from the eclipse today.
Great weather.
80% in NC at the prak at 3:15pm right in the middle of after school pick up. It's still impressive with eclipse glasses, though I've always wanted to experience the totality.
I don't have a DSLR anymore:( or at the moment anyway, so i did this.

First two photos are my pinhole thru foil.
Second two are through a club cracker.
