I'm SO proud of my community for standing up and defending against this, especially with such rigor and expertise. This article is a damning summary of how brazen corporate America is with their thinking they can do whatever they want without compliance or consideration of the actual citizens, all for a buck.

@ennenine Oh definitely. There's a club in New Jersey that's about 45 minutes a way.

I've been thinking of going to one of their launch days and launching the fleet I've built up over the last few years. It could easily be an #EastonPa road trip :)

Resolution declares Easton 'affirming city' for LGBTQ+ community

Easton City Council members voted Wednesday to officially declare Easton an "affirming city" for members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Probably nothing, but in the current climate I do NOT like seeing (and hearing/feeling ... from inside my house) two military helicopters buzzing me. They appear to be landing at Braden Airport.

I'm so proud of my city today. We held a flag raising event at center square for Trans Day of Visibility. Great turnout, including the mayor and a council member who spoke about how if members of the LGBTQ community feel unsafe, "come to Easton, you are welcome here" and "100% we have your back".

I love seeing the trans flag flying right alongside the Easton flag in the heart of our community.

Watching the Super Bowl 'cause the Eagles are playing, and as an #EastonPA guy, watching feels kind of obligatory.

Watching Hang 'Em High, and I can't help but think of the last public execution in Pennsylvania: Charles Getter in 1833.

It happened in #EastonPA on an island in the Delaware River. 15K-20K showed up to watch the hanging (which took 2 tries). The aftermath of the hanging led Gov. George Wolf to ban public executions in 1834. #History #Westerns
