@pwilmart This method for plasma fractionation is one of those that makes me say to myself ... why didn't I think of that!

Rather than remove all the stuff from the house to find the car keys, they spin down the house and look at the bottom of the tube for them, and there they are.

@translational_proteomics @UCDProteomics From what I've seen the #EvoSep forms a gradient at low pressure into a loop large enough for the entire run under low pressure. Then switches this into the column flow path for high pressure gradient separation. @UCDProteomics should do a poll to see how many guess correctly. I guess low pressure side that was abused with particulates in the samples.
