Daikin Altherma, ESPAltherma & Home Assistant with OpenEnergyMonitor

Here is my personal Daikin Altherma → ESPAltherma → Home Assistant → EmonCMS setup: I hope that it is of value to others, but do feel free to modify things, try other things out.
