Booking.com was founded and is headquartered in #Amsterdam, where #Dutch #law prohibits companies and individuals from profiteering from war crimes.
The group of lawyers has referred the case to the #DutchPublicProsecutionService, which is examining whether to lay #CriminalCharges against Booking.com.
