@johnlogic Losing their jobs would be an "administrative action" executed by #DHS. Any criminal charges would have to be filed by the #DOJ.

Given the hopefully changing stance of the #Dumpf administration & given the strong negative political public push back on what #ICE agents have done, it will be interesting to see if either occurs -- losing their jobs &/or the filing of charges.

If is does, then it should signal a throttling back on the abuse of power by ICE agents.

We'll see . . .
