SEIC is a mess. No candidate has a quota. Labor and SF don't have a candidate in the top 5 on first preferences, but have enough votes each that they ought to get one seat each.

The first local election counts starting now are in Dublin City (#DubCC), in the South East Inner City (#DubSEIC) and sunny Donaghmede (#DubDon) electoral areas.

Fingal (#FinCC) is expected to commence their counts soon.
