Happy NY everyone. I’m doing a #DryJanuary which is probably relatively easy because I just did a #DryDecember, somewhat on a whim.

Wanted to optimize for physical and mental health (energy, mood, emotional stability – everything, really) and ditching alcohol at least for a while suddenly felt like a no-brainer

That sounds AWESOME! Reminds me that there's a gin distillery just down the block from my gym that I'll visit today. Will need to pop in and check out what they have. I know they sell those fancy tonic waters, as well as the gin. I've almost had a #DryDecember but I hope to remedy that for the end of the month.
