@pissed_eagle mentioned it's Draw a Bird Day, so here is a piece from me. It's from when my wife and I lived in Australia, our early days of birding. I was somewhere without her and saw this brand new, striking bird, so I scribbled it down to share with her. Turns out it was a Pink Cockatoo (also known as Major Mitchell's).
