Rachel Maddow explains that despite Trump Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem being mired in a new scandal every week, she wants United States taxpayers to purchase a luxury plane, including a cocktail bar and a queen-sized bed, for her and her assistant, Corey Lewandowski to use, ostensibly in between deporting immigrants in the lap of luxury.
