When we applied to protect our logo, we did so having done a bit of research. The challenge by a company so far removed from our own tiny business, with a logo that is clearly very different to ours knocked us sideways, but we are determined to fight back. Massive corporations shouldn’t be allowed to get away with behaviour like this.
