Daisuke is trying to find out who his mystery hero was and so a classic Jerrica-Rio-Jem false triangle is in play. Ryoko's plans are amazing, her ability to steamroll the class with bullshit is unparalleled.
Dogengers High School ep 2:
I deeply love how they've set up this mentor/mentee vibe with Rookie and Mako. Jiro, you must teach the next generation of extremely average protagonist to be the best hero! Kireko is really interesting, also HUGE! We only saw him kneeling in episode 1 but Mako barely comes up to his shoulder, I think he's the tallest suit in the show now.
Let's go, Dogengers! Make this school festival one to remember!!
