things I have figured out how to change on my #Docuwiki website since the last time I messed around with the code:
1. header text colors (I have it set to alternating between each size)
2. adding a webfont to my server and putting in the right code so it now renders correctly on both desktop and mobile
3. not a CSS thing but a Docuwiki function: remove the table of contents from specific pages so it doesn't mess up my layout
Spent way too many hours today struggling with customizing my #Docuwiki that I'm determined to make work as a personal website, but I did it! and it looks pretty good! Check it out! https://www.pixietails.club/
This week, I'm dipping my toes back into the #DocuWiki community looking for a decent mobile theme.
Currently, I've been working off a 4 year old list: https://www.dokuwiki.org/templates:mobile
I'm about a 1/4 of the the way through reviewing them & only two, so far, have been updated in the last year.
Could anyone point me to a better list, or recommend a theme? Thanks!
Any #selfhosted #Wiki recommendations? Preferably non-Docker.
(I’ve tried #Docuwiki but ran into some unable to update certain things issues. Might give it another test in the future.)
After trying the others, or variations there of, I use #dokuwiki. #obsidian is good, and I like it, but it doesn’t play well with syncing across Apple devices - unless you tie into the subscription - which I think is rather expensive. I can keep #docuwiki on a server at home and access it anywhere, on any device, through a browser. Other wikis are available 😉
#docuwiki is looking for a new maintainer/s for the #yunohost package of the service. Anybody interested?
