Amused. Walking in local park and as a cyclist rode past a Jack Russell bolted out of the bushes and is missed by about 20cm. Cyclist yells at me "control your dog". Pointed out dog belongs to shouty man 20m away who refuses to leash his dog. Cyclist rides up to shouty man ... who immediately starts shouting to F"ing watch where he's F'ing riding and watch out for his (illegally off leash)F'ing dog.
