@iquaanyin Okay, I'm from Long Island, so this absolutely caught my eye... but what I find incredibly dystopian is the position that because they TRIED Disney+... an online streaming service... YEARS ago... that they are magically covered by the same terms for binding arbitration.

If this court dismisses the suit on those grounds I will have to reconsider stepping foot anywhere near a Disney owned location.

As like should we all.
