Okay so… what no one tells you about boundaries is that sometimes they feel awful at first.

Not because you did anything wrong.

But because your body is still learning that self-honouring doesn’t equal danger.

You set the boundary… and then feel guilty.

You speak your truth… and then want to hide.

You say “not this time”... and then spiral wondering if you were too much, too harsh, too anything.

But here’s the thing, love:

Boundaries are rarely followed by applause.

They’re followed by silence. Discomfort. Shift. Space.

And that space is where your freedom starts to breathe.

So if you’re feeling weird after choosing yourself - GOOD.

It means you’re unhooking from something that wasn’t true anymore.

You don’t need to feel confident to be sovereign.

You just need to keep coming back to what’s real in your body.

And trust that the discomfort is part of the expansion.

TOMORROW we’re gathering for the Sagittarius Full Moon -

a guided circle inside Worthy & Rising

to reflect, release, and anchor into what you actually want.

Truth, community, and possibility.

Join us, love 🖤
