Ross of OttawaLatest addition to the international cookie sampling, are a chocolate-hazelnut sandwich cookie from Turkey, and yet another #DigestiveBiscuit from India, where they make pretty decent digestives. Results from all those years of British occupation no doubt.
Both are good, though I tend to compare all chocolate-sandwich cookies to the Bahlsen Pick-Ups which are a precisely perfect cookie (but sadly not available in North America).
