🍿 Der Pass ~ Staffel 1

War sehr interessant und spannend, man hat ne Weile ziemlich rumgerätselt und ich empfand es als recht realitätsnah. Nur fand ich's dann nicht mehr so ganz stimmig zum Schluss. Bzw es fehlte mir das große Ganze 🤔

Wayyy into season 3 of Der Pass/Pagan Peak! It credits The Bridge for “format” (border crime) but is absolutely nothing like it. Very atmospheric with great slow camerawork that gives viewers tons of info not overtly mentioned in dialog. Characters really shift and develop over each season. And, very little gore and sex, while being very adult; stays focused. Really good stuff!

Sky Deutschland are pulling out of scripted TV (boo!) but at least Babylon Berlin is safe (💜). Haven't seen anything about Der Pass, but haven't finished watching S2 yet so I don't know if it came to a conclusion with S3 or not.

Seit 2015 hat Sky Deutschland in fiktionale Eigenproduktionen investiert. Damit wird nun Schluss sein. Bis 2024 wird dieses Kapitel abgewickelt. Offene Projekte gehen jedoch noch auf Sendung. Das dürfte das Ende von „Babylon Berlin“, „Das Boot“ und anderen Formaten bedeuten.
