This is going to get bad. The second civil war has already begun, I’m just hoping enough people realize it before it gets a lot worse.
We can’t wait three more years for “free and fair” elections that will be neither. No fascist dictatorship has ever voluntarily stepped down. We let them get away with the last coup.
That’s the reason Obama and the all-democrat congress didn’t codify #RoevWade or gay marriage; it’s the reason elected government officials will never be barred from owning stock; it’s the reason the electoral college will never go away; it’s the reason we’ll never have ranked-choice voting nationwide; it’s the reason the USA is becoming an empire.
Capitalism breeds corruption and there is no two ways about it.

My prediction for the four years under Harris is that
*absolutely nothing*
will be done to officially bar Trump or anyone like Trump from running because the Democrats have never before had a campaign platform quite like “It’s either us or the fascists!”
But they’d never admit that out loud. The reasoning for it will always be “in the name of democracy!”
