On March 26, I'll be hosting a #DefyAI writing workshop in Limon, Colorado.

Attendees will pick out a painting in gallery, and have one hour to write a story inspired by the painting. The only rule: you cannot use any "AI" or other LLMs.

This is a free event. I will talk about how my experiences and values inform my own writing, and I'll be joining the challenge as well.

If you live in Colorado, I'm leading a free #writing workshop on Saturday, August 23rd, from 12 Noon to 2 PM. I'll be at the Blair Caldwell Library in #Denver.

We will be creating stories based on paintings from artist Darrell Anderson. If you've ever flown United, Delta, or Frontier to/from the Denver airport, you've seen his work. You'll have one hour to write your story, and you can't use AI. I'll be helping people, and writing a story of my own. #nantucketlit #DefyAI #NoAI.
