HelgeActivityPub shares more similarities with Email than with Web Pages. So one would integrate it into Thunderbird and not Firefox, if one wanted to build such a thing.
Second, it would only show your Hometimeline, as that is what ActivityPub gives you access to. The rest are things added on top.
