Congratulations to Bob McNamara of the Institute for Justice for masterfully arguing before the #SupremeCourt yesterday that the #FifthAmendment's #TakingsClause means what it says about #PropertyRights.

Hopefully, this will be the ninth #SCOTUS win for #IJ.
