How do you keep track of everone in large groups without stifling creativity and spontaneity? Im having a hard time because 2 of my players are quiet. One resorts to typing and often gets lost in the shuffle and the other one just waits and often times overlooked

I tried calling on them specifically but player number 2 just gets uncomfortable
I need help
