You're probably joking but we actually tried out using Sauerbraten (open-source FPS engine, AKA #Cube2) with #Mumble for staff meetings once. We were already using Mumble for the meetings and the game engine provided a way to use positional audio so we could split into groups for discussions, same way you can in a large room (but without the annoying background noise).
Unfortunately the engine doesn't support disabling weapons so it could get distracting both intentionally and accidentally.

I've played #cube2 #sauerbraten, and I love it. It's not under development, that's very sad. )-:
I recommend, to give it a try.
Don't be scared of the graphics, they are "okay".
