There's an (unofficial) aftermovie for Crafting Com, the convention with focus on actually working on cosplays and props. While it does not proportionally represent how I spent my time there, it does give a good overview. It also showed me something I didn't immediately realize: I cared about the people there. Crafting Com is over. Already booked tickets for next year! Would have stayed a week. This was exactly what was promised: Three days of crafting, whatever you desire, with as much guidance by experienced people as you like. A lot of learning, but also just a lot of fun, hanging out with people who are like you and spending time with your favorite hobby. Please consider going, too, I have a feeling there were many tickets unsold and I really hope this con stays alive.

Crafting Com day 3. Find me how I moved from "omg so much hair omg cutting hair is scary" to happily gluing together new parts for my wig to create an undercut in 1 day. This is amazing.

Crafting Com day 2: Spontaneously changed the wig for Faith. Gave mine (that I got from Vinted) to Bring & Buy, bought a new one from MyCostumes, who have a booth here. Now I'm probably busy wig cutting until the end of the con. :D I never worked on a wig, but the team is super nice and helpful and supportive.

This weekend, I'll be attending Crafting Com in Dresden with @brezeldrache! It's said to be very focused on crafting, so instead of a large artist and merchant area, there are areas for the different crafts.
