He was soundly defeated last election and they still called it "stolen," doing #CoupPlottingFascistTreason. They *will do the same regardless of the margin of victory. The EC elects the president, which means a handful of swing states elects the president. Boosting a progressive third party in a deep blue state is very unlikely to empower Trump.

@georgetakei The fraud case isn't really the thing. That's why he chose the summary judgement (no jury). It's the other trials for mishandling classified documents and #CoupPlottingFascistTreason that are important, and Trump is steadily making his appeal to potential sympathetic jurors. It only takes one evidence-resistant cult victim to nullify the jury, and you can bet Trump's lawyers will be diligently seeking them.
