It's hard to imagine even a Texas court going along with idiocy as obvious as this.
But as we've seen brutally demonstrated recently, imagination is no bar to official idiocy.
It would seem to me that the best action for the #NCAA is to abide by the #Texas rules and withdraw its activities from all the state's institutions.
The organization has used a similar approach in the mid 2010s regarding tournaments in Indiana and North Carolina.
