Gentle, appropriate to current fitness and health levels, functional movement v exercise, get blood moving, generate some dopamine, soak up some Forest Bathing tree chemicals, nudge mitochondria to make some ATP and bod to make more mitochondria (I know I. Being inexact and perhaps not quite correct but I know what I mean) and build habit to walk, to go to garden, to care for plants and soil and myself.
