Ordered a #CombustionInc wireless remote thermometer a couple weeks ago, & was HOPING to get it in time for Ground Hog Day, so as to attempt to make my wife a (good) Filet Mignon.

Steak hasn't been my strength - I'm a slow-smoked BBQ guy. So this fancy thermometer should help me up my steak game.

First test will be heading frozen #WhiteCastle sliders for lunch.
