Yesterday the Identity Digital registry updated the pricing for several TLDs (the fancy ones).
I've made a chart comparing prices of some popular generic top-level domains, from Porkbun and Clouflare.
DISCLAIMER: I grabbed the data manually, mistakes might be present. If you find any let me know. Not all affected domains are included.
The most aggresive increments (4 USD or more) were applied to .one, .cafe, .chat, .life, .news, .team, .email, .rocks and .systems TLDs. Being .cafe and .chat the ones with the most increment. Wheareas Cludflare barely incremented the prices for .chat, .life, .news and others. I'm looking at you Porkbun... 😒
Conclusion: #Porkbun it's not cheap anymore. I'm moving to #Clouflare

"Just use #Vite”… with the #Clouflare Workers runtime

if 1.1.1.1's PTR is one.one.one.one, why 1.0.0.1 is the same? 🤔
Cloudflare hacked using auth tokens stolen in Okta attack
"Based on our collaboration with colleagues in the industry and government, we believe that this attack was performed by a nation state attacker with the goal of obtaining persistent and widespread access to Cloudflare's global network."
