“Reflecting on Orphan Black, 13 years later.” It’s basically a small aside to acknowledge one of my favorite shows of all time. I also try not to give away any spoilers, so I just include the general themes of the show. I just hope that now that the show is on US streaming services, more people can watch the show, and hopefully it can get the recognition it deserves! #CloneClub

I love that they had a deaf character and used sign language throughout.

Sad that we lost Wes by about the halfway point.

I think elements were, possibly, better explored in Pantheon, but Orphan Black Echoes did tackle some other elements well. That Pantheon didn’t touch…

I think it’s brave of them to end with a cliffhanger given the ways shows just get cancelled…

Well… I’m not convinced it needed to be tied to Orphan Black, and the ties actually undermined it. Despite showing Kira’s motivations, I don’t think she would have done it in the first place…

I’m confused about how a medical scan can pick up enough brain structure to replicate skills (language etc.) but not memory - you’d print a newborn in an adult body…
