The ClimateAction Merribek stall was one of a few stalls with zero #TransportEmissions at the Fawkner Festa today, transporting stall contents by bicycle trailer. @MerribekBUG we’re also zero emissions.
We asked people to sign Bushfire Survivors for Climate Action online petition

okay, today we joined the Climate Action Merribek humans outside Labor MP Peter Khalil's electorate office in Coburg. We called for a pause in all new coal and gas approvals (Labor has allowed 10 new projects since May 2022 to proceed), and to prioritise a Climate Trigger in the EPBC Act. Prime Minister Albanese, asked for this back in 2005, so it shouldn't be controversial!! We don't know what the delay is? when every new coal and gas mine adds to cooking the planet and the 6th mass extinction.
