The #risk to #foodsecurity from #extremeheat begins with basic #physics and #biology. Like #humans, #plants live in their own #GoldilocksZone. They respond to #temperature just like humans do. Except they can’t crank up the #airconditioning or cruise over to the beach if it gets too #hot.
