Clean Water Now - tell your MP to take action

Take action A new water law is coming. Soon, MPs will decide whether to finally clean up our rivers, lakes and seas − or let toxic pollution continue unchecked. Right now, sewage, farming pollution and toxic chemicals are polluting our waters − while habitats shrink, wildlife suffers and people get sick. If we don’t act now, this chance to change the rules could slip away, leaving our waterways in decline for years. This law is a once-in-a-generation chance to save our waters.

Science can protect our health — but only if we listen.
Today, scientists are warning that the nitrate limit in drinking water, which was adopted over 50 years ago, may not actually be safe. We now need strong regulation to stop the main source: factory farms 🐷.

💧 This #worldhealthday stand with science — and demand action. For healthy water and a healthy future!
