Human rights experts: extrajudicial sanctions against six European citizens undermine fundamental rights
The Geneva International Peace Research Institute (GIPRI) has called on the Council of Europe to rescind sanctions against journalists and commentators, including Hüseyin Dogru and Jacques Baud.
