🇷🇺 An Antonov An-2 crashed this Saturday in the #Chita area of Russia’s #Transbaikalia region. There were 11 passengers onboard, 10 #parachuters and 1 crew member.
No deaths were reported but 6 were reported injured. The cause of the crash is still unknown.

Disturbing news continues to come from Penal Colony No. 10 (IK-10) in Krasnokamensk, Zabaykalsky Krai, where one of the defendants in the “#Chita anarchists’ case,” Alexander #Snezhkov, is imprisoned. Since the third decade of February and up until today—over 58 days now—he has been held in hole (SHIZO, a punitive isolation ward). And this is not the limit, as the colony staff have reportedly told him.

On #April25,2024, the #1st #DistrictMilitaryCourt in a visiting session in #Chita sentenced the antifascist #AlexanderSnezhkov to #6years, and the antifascist #LyubovLizunova to #3.5years in prison. Snezhkov was found guilty under the article on vandalism motivated by political hostility because of a graffiti "Death to the regime". Both were convicted under articles on calls to extremism and terrorism.
